Possible Protocol for Reduction of Harm from exposure to spike protein

This is by no means the definitive or only protocol to assist in the strengthening of the immune system to minimise damage from Sars-Cov, the successful treatment of it and the reduction of damage after vaccination for it. But it is one to be read and selected from or blended with parts of the many others that are available now from very reliable sources, that suit your preferences or needs.

Broadly speaking, I imagine, the process of eliminating harm begins with identifying risk, and reducing or minimising that, emboldening resources if necessary and having a flexible strategy.

With our health and with the current health situation facing the world at the moment this would be the strategy though would also need to be individualised to our unique health journey.

Exposure to the spike protein either in the virus itself or the vaccine is what is causing the biggest problems. But we have lots of data now that we can use to minimise its impact on us.

Some things are very obvious, the better our overall health (and natural immunity) is the stronger we are and the better our outcome. So....

  • Eating a diet that is varied, colourful, fibre micro and macro nutrient and minerally rich, that is anti-inflammatory, low in sugar and refined carbohydrates.
  • Drinking up to 30ml/kg of cleanly sourced water,
  • Getting plenty of sleep and rest,
  • Having good hygiene practices,
  • Reduce stress through relaxation techniques,
  • Ingest - through your mouth, nose, eyes, ears, skin, only life sustaining and enriching things.
  • Exercise 4-5 times a week
  • Laugh, hug, meditate, breathe...

Possible supplementation

  • Zinc (citrate) - 15 – 30mg/day
  • Vit C (liposomal) – 1g/day
  • Vit D3 – 2 – 5000IU/day
  • Medicinal Mushrooms – Reishi, Shitake, Chagga

Once tested positive or are symptomatic of Sars Cov virus treatment is very similar just at much higher dosing.....

  • Zinc up to 50mg/day (short term and monitor copper levels)
  • Vit D3 – 5,000IU twice daily (short term)
  • Quercetin 500mg twice daily
  • Vit C – liposomal – as high as tolerated up to 4g daily (divided doses)
  • NAC 4000mg daily (empty stomach)
  • Reishi Chagga Mushrooms

Any herbal combination of echinacea, elderberry, lomatium, boneset, ginger, garlic, turmeric, st johns wort, yarrow, elderflower, thyme, kumarahou, elecampane, ribwort, eucalyptus, manuka, andrographis, self heal, sweet annie, gingko, hawthorn leaf and berries, milk thistle, propolis, depending on how symptoms present.

  • Nasal douching with betodine/iodine diluted in water
  • Gargle colloidal silver
  • Sleep and rest
  • Good hydration – 30ml/kg/day
  • Good hand washing
  • Essential oil inhalations – eucalptyus, thyme, manuka, pine, menthol
  • Ivermectin
  • Hydroxychloroquine
  • Asprin
  • Ibuprofen

Following exposure to the vaccine:

there are several areas of concern that need to be approached. Ultimately our own bodies defences and resources need to be encouraged and enhanced to allow the detoxing process to be effective.

This can be assisted by supplementing with...

  • silica – Diatomaceous Earth 1 tbsp/day (short term or pulsed)
  • bentonite and zeolite – (also pulsed or short term)
  • Chorella (cracked wall) up to 200mg/day
  • Sulforaphane – up to 500mcg/day
  • Green Tea
  • NAC up to 1500mg/day (empty stomach)
  • Hydrate 30ml/kg/day clean water
  • Homeopathy
  • Bathe in epsom salt and bentonite clays
  • IV Vit C and/or glutathione
  • Or oral liposmal Vit C up to 2g/daily
  • Probiotics
  • Dry skin brushing

Any combination of herbs depending on symptoms, medical history, and medications, with actions including, circulatory stimulant, anti fibrotic, cerebral antioxidant, phase I and II liver clearance, reduction of heavy metal burden, cardio, hepato, neuro protective, and lymphatic drainage.
